Does the Tunnel to Towers Foundation Official Online Store support the Foundation’s mission? Do purchases benefit the Tunnel to Towers Foundation?

  • Yes! The official online store is a great way to show your support for the Mission of the Tunnel to Towers Foundation (T2T) and its programs.
  • This is the official store and licensee of the Tunnel to Towers Foundation.
  • The Foundation receives proceeds from each purchase you make.
  • Purchasing and wearing your T2T Shop gear raises awareness and funds to help T2T programs like the Smart Home Program, Fallen First Responder Home Program, Gold Star Family Home Program, Veteran Homelessness Program and NEVER FORGET Programs.

Can I Order by Phone?

  • Yes, our Shop Customer Service Center would be happy to assist you. Feel free to call 833-T2T-SHOP (833-828-7467) during business hours to place your order by phone.
  • Shop business hours are Monday thru Friday, 9:30 am – 4:00 pm (EST)

When will my order ship?

  • STANDARD: Most orders are shipped within 2-4 business days from our distribution center in Federalsburg, Maryland. Standard ground delivery is an additional 1-8 business days in transit from the ship date.
  • JEWELRY: All jewelry orders are custom made upon receipt of order.  Please allow 2-5 business days for manufacture.  All jewelry orders will ship from San Diego, California via UPS 3 Day Select.

How are shipping rates determined?

  • Flat rates have been applied to offer you the best rate available.

How do I change or cancel my order?

  • If you need to change or cancel your order, please call our Shop Customer Service Center at 833-T2T-SHOP (833-828-7467) or email us at Shop@T2T.org. If you send us an email or leave a message, please reference your shipping ID, your name and the best method to contact you.
  • Please Note: Once your order has reached a certain point in our processing procedure, we may not be able to change or cancel your order. Please notify Shop Customer Service As Soon As Possible for changes or cancellations.

What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

  • We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards.  We also accept PayPal, ShopPay, ApplePay and Google Pay.

Is my purchase secure?
